Mr. Guy T. Goudy
Mr. Guy Goudy is responsible for senior management, development team oversight, and investor relations and operations oversight. Having joined the Board of Directors in 2009, Mr Goudy has served as the President of Fremont Petroleum’s fully owned North American subsidiary, AusCo Petroleum Inc since 2009.
Mr. Goudy has been instrumental in driving the business operations forward with a firm focus on building the business around a world class engineering team, large acreage positions and control of assets through high ownership positions and operatorship. In 2010 together with Dr Mark Hart, Goudy shifted the businesses focus towards non-conventional oil and gas exploration in North America.
He studied at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), where he holds various formal qualifications in Business Studies. In 2013 Goudy joined the Colorado School of Mines where he is currently enrolled in Mineral Economics. Prior to his work with Fremont Petroleum Corporation, Mr. Goudy worked in the financial services sector and was an authorized representative with a leading stock broking and financial advisory firm.
Mr. Timothy B. Hart
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Mr. Hart joined the Fremont management team in 2011 as the General Manager of the Eastern Business Unit. After successfully driving production to an all time high through numerous lease acquisitions and production enhancements he was promoted to Vice President. Through his efforts in this role he was successful in transitioning the Eastern Business Unit from a gas exploration business into a cash flow positive oil and gas producer. In 2015 Mr. Hart was promoted to Fremont’s Chief Operating Officer where he was responsible for the performance and development of Fremont’s oil and gas portfolio spanning across Colorado, Kentucky, Mississippi and Texas. After his contribution to the successful transformation of the company into a very low cost, highly productive, “do it yourself” drilling and exploration company, he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director in 2016.
Mr. Hart has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Penn State University (PSU) with an extensive professional history in business and technology. He has held numerous senior level management positions with expertise in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Technical Project Management, Vendor Management, Contract Negotiation, Operational Efficiency, Process Development, and Budget Development & Compliance.
Mr. Hart brings a strong management, engineering and technology background to the Oil and Gas Industry and has worked with numerous local vendors to improve their processes and service offerings to accommodate the enhanced technical, safety and environmental requirements of our business.
In addition to his direct oversight of the activities in the company, Mr. Hart serves on the Board of Directors for both Fremont Petroleum Corporation, Ltd. and Kentucky Exploration, LLC.
Mr. Aaron Goss
Chief Operating Officer
Aaron Goss joined Fremont Petroleum after a successful five-year tenure working in the Colorado Piceance Basin, where he supervised operational work on a natural gas property. Prior to that, Mr. Goss managed a mechanical repair facility for 3 years.
He has been involved in the Austin Chalk in Dimmit County, Texas, and the Wilcox Sands in Adams County, Mississippi. In addition to his field work, Mr. Goss has communications and investor relations experience in the energy industry.
Mr. Goss did much of his course work at Ohio University and recently transferred from Metro State University in Denver, Colorado, to the University of Phoenix to complete his BS studies in Business with a focus in oil and gas. He is a member of the Texas Oil and Gas Association.
Mr. Lonny Haugen, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lonny Haugen has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for 35 years. He received his education at the University of North Dakota where he has a degree in business administration with advanced studies in accounting.
For the past 13 years, he has been in private practice as President of CFOColorado. Under his successful leadership, CFOColorado has mentored hundreds of businesses owners with their accounting and financial needs.
Mr. Haugen is an industry leader with 40 years of experience in a variety of finance, accounting and corporate management positions. He has been the Chief Financial Officer for several oil & gas exploration companies. His depth of financial expertise and experience adds significant value to Fremont Petroleum as it grows into a significant oil and gas producer in the United States.
Ms. Liz Harkins
Elizabeth (Liz) Harkins joined Fremont Petroleum in April 2014, participating in the planning, development and operations activities in the Pathfinder field of Colorado. Here, she has held various positions of responsibility which include field accounting, purchasing, inventory control, facility engineering and field operations. Ms Harkins brings over 25 years of oil and gas operations experience from Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado. She also acquired 10 years of coal mine operations experience in Arkansas. Prior to joining Fremont Petroleum, Ms Harkins held a series of engineering positions in exploration and development with El Paso Natural Gas Co., Amoco, Harper Oil Co., Apache Corp., and Mid-America Mining. While at Apache, Ms Harkins was appointed Operations Manager over the Anadarko Basin and later became District Manager of the Western Oklahoma Region.
Ms Harkins received her Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology (prev. NM School of Mines) and was a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, and Independent Petroleum Association of America.
Ms. Vanessa Lintz
Vanessa joined Fremont in early 2017 following eleven years of geological experience in Rocky Mountain region of Colorado, which included an extensive amount of work in oil and gas research and exploration. She has been involved with all phases of exploration including project identification, acquisition, data collection, well planning, drilling, and post drill analysis.
Vanessa brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise on the Cretaceous age Pierre and Niobrara shales in Colorado, including extensive experience in the Florence Field where she was a Geologist for Pine Ridge Oil and Gas LLC (Pine Ridge). While at Pine Ridge she participated in successfully growing their Florence Field oil production to a high of approximately 1400 barrels of oil per day.
Prior to her work in Cretaceous shale exploration, Ms. Lintz was involved in coalbed methane (coal seam gas) exploration and research of CBM potential in the Sand Wash and North Park Basins of Colorado. Her earlier projects include co-authoring a research database of areas with subsurface potential for CO2 sequestration in Colorado for the Colorado Geological Survey.
Ms. Lintz received her Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
